My daughter found this place online and wanted to come for her birthday. We came in today and there were both negatives and positives to our visit. The staff was friendly. The place was clean and the cats were very sweet and well cared for. As for the negatives, the Cafe wasn't selling coffee or tea, which was a bit of a bummer. They also let far too many people in at once. It says online that they limit the number of people allowed in at once. I'm not sure what that number is, but we were in there with a total of 18 people at one point. There were also quite a few kids running around screaming (gleefully, but still screaming) and scaring the cats. Which resulted in several cats going off and hiding. I was expecting a calmer more laid-back experience, so the over crowding and over active kids threw me a little and it didn't end up being what we had hoped for. It's a very good idea. I love that they are providing these cats a safe place and interaction while hoping to get them adopted. And who doesn't love caffeine and books? Hopefully they make a few changes so visitors have a better experience and the cats have a calmer environment.

On a hot day, this is an especially nice break. The air conditioning is kept up and there are always new cats to meet.

I've been coming her frequently for the last 2-3 years (when i first started going, Sid was still adoptable) and I can't recommend it enough. The staff are all friendly, outgoing and take great care of the kitties. The café upstairs has good drinks and snacks, if you just want to come in for those. But the real star is the bookstore downstairs and all of the feline companions. The cats are adoptable, besides a few who are permanent residents, and for the most part they're super friendly. This place provides a great opportunity to socialize kitties, or the occasional puppy or bunny, before they find their homes. It also gives you a chance to really see their personalities if you're looking to adopt. I 100% recommend coming here if you have the time.

The place is nice, staff is very friendly, cats of variety with all different personalities. Favorite cat to play with is Lulu, a very energetic cat. Loved all the cats. Very nice and relaxed lounge area.

I LOVED IT!!! They take such good care of the cats, you can tell by the feeling of their coats. They know the names of all their cats, and let them have a big, open space to roam and enjoy themselves and the company of other cats. It's SO healthy for them to socialize. They also have very interesting books!! I looked through a few during my visit and I was very interested in some, I plan to go back for them!! If you're ever upset about the admittance fee, remember that they rescue these cats, feed them, and give them shelter. You're aiding their protection. They're wonderful people!!! Look at photos and captions for my limited knowledge on the cats.
